From stress to settlement: the buyer’s agent advantage
If we hadn’t worked with Brook, I don’t think the motivation would have been there. I was looking for a property that I didn’t have to do too much to. That was the brief. Just to walk in, see something that had upscale without a ridiculous amount of work.

I think buying and selling houses is always stressful for a family. You know, there’s just so many pros and cons to buying a house, and you’ve got to weigh them all up. And, I just didn’t have the time. That was my problem. I didn’t have the time to look.
